Return Policy

7DIAMONDS accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags attached. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at time of purchase. 

Request a Return Label

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email with the return label and instructions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, request a return label and send us back the item

1. Indicate the desired size or color you wish to receive. 

2. Pack the item(s) in the shipping package used or comparable packaging and attach the return label. 

3. Drop your package off at the indicated location on your return label.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item you purchased, request a return label and send us back the item.

Once your return has arrived at our distribution center; please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment or store credit. In some cases, your bank may require additional processing time; resulting in a delay to your the funds.

Final Sale

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked final sale; in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
