Return Policy

7DIAMONDS accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return labels can be requested on our website or by emailing customerservice@7diamonds.com—please be sure to include your invoice number, name, and any notes on whether you would like a refund or exchange.


Returned Merchandise Conditions

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all 7DIAMONDS tags attached. 
• Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. 
• You are responsible for the care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to return the items in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for compensation. 
• If you return items claiming that they are damaged, please contact Customer Service to discuss replacing or refunding. 
• We do not refund shipping costs. 
• Items received outside of our 30-day return window will be returned to you. 
• Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during busier seasons.


International Returns (Including Canada) 

At this time, 7DIAMONDS does not offer prepaid returns for international orders. Please utilize a trackable postal service to send back items; you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. 

• Please mark the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged any further duties.

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email with the return label and instructions.

Preparing Your Return/Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, request a return label and send us back the item 

1. Indicate the desired size or color you wish to receive on a note packed with your items. 

2. Pack the item(s) in the shipping package used or comparable packaging and attach the return label. 

3.  Drop your package off at the indicated location on your return label.

Once your return has arrived at our distribution center; please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment or store credit. In some cases, your bank may require additional processing time; resulting in a delay to receiving your funds.

Final Sale

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked final sale; in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.All orders sent out are eligible for ONE exchange, a second label cannot be requested.
