Returns & Exchanges
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply send back your item(s) within 30 days utilizing our complimentary return label.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Any items that are returned damaged, altered, worn, or washed will not be refunded or returned.
To ship back an item(s) to 7Diamonds please:
1. Indicate on your invoice whether you're exchanging or returning the item(s)
2. For exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item(s) purchase, please simply send back the purchase with the complimentary return label, please indicated the model/size you wish to receive.
3. Pack items & invoice that are to be returned/exchanged into the bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
4. Drop your package at the indicated location on your return label without waiting in line (the label is prepaid, and requires nothing else on your end.)
Once your return has arrived please allow 3-5 business days for refund to process. Refunds will only be issued in the original method of payment or store credit.
Depending on your bank, additional processing time may be required for funds to post to your account.
Shipping charges on all orders are not refundable.
