Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee of $4.95 will apply to each order. You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, or if you'd prefer, we can issue store credit for the full order amount instead of applying the restocking fee.
If you use both a gift card and a credit card and you are returning merchandise you will be credited in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to the email address on the order. If you used both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order.
All orders sent out are eligible for ONE return or exchange, a second label cannot be requested, and the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs. If an exchange is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.
FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and 7DIAMONDS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all brand tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. You are responsible for the care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to return the items in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for compensation. Items received outside of our 30-day return window are only eligible for store credit. If the return is received outside of a 60-day window, it will be returned to you.
Instant exchange allows you to use your credit card to get your exchange sent to you immediately.
With instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock.
To place the instant exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for the order amount until we receive your unwanted items. You'll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn't in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
At this time, 7DIAMONDS does not offer prepaid returns for international orders. Please utilize a trackable postal service to send back items; you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. For further information please contact customerservice@7diamonds.com or 877-577-1963.
Once your return has arrived at our distribution center; please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange. In some cases, your bank may require additional processing time, resulting in a delay to receiving your funds.
