To cancel or change any order, please email us at customerservice@7Diamonds.com or contact our call center at (877) 577-1963. You may change or cancel your order prior to receiving your tracking information email.
To check the status of your 7DIAMONDS order; simply log into your account and visit the order history section within your account. Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email, tracking information once available and estimated delivery date.
*Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for your tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
In compliance with individual jurisdictions and tax regulations; sales tax is automatically applied to your order, whenever applicable.
We have a feature on each product page that allows you to put in your body shape and type, this will recommend the best size for you. If something does not fit well, we are more than happy to return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
